Welcome to our family
Tiny Tutus Preschool Ballet was established by Simone in 2009 with 50 little ballerinas, today we have had over 50,000 children across Australia who have joined our family and taken part in our award winning early childhood dance program; and we’re growing each day! Tiny Tutus is a unique preschool ballet program that introduces little ballerinas to classical ballet and beginner elements of jazz technique, as well as encouraging imagination and creativity.

Tiny Tutus is an early childhood dance program of excellence. We believe in teaching our ballerinas ‘the right way’ from the very beginning. Exposing our young dancers to the traditional French ballet terminology while cleverly disguising teaching correct technique is our fabulous, fun Tiny Tutus methodology. Tiny Tutus researched curriculum brings the right balance of structure and fun, encouraging a life-long love of dance!
Classes are always open
At Tiny Tutus classes are open, which means parents are welcome to watch! Ballerinas at such tender ages love having parents in class to watch, encourage and support… and we love having parents too!

Our lessons include gentle introductions to ballet feet and arm positions, along with centre and cross floor exercises. Our Tiny Tutus ballerinas learn about moving in a routine and working together as a group. We also have a focus on self-expression and interpretation as our little ballerinas dance with different props (such as wands, ribbons and fairy wings) to dramatise different styles of music.

Recital
Our Tiny Tutus Recital is a lovely performance opportunity for beautiful little dancers who are just at the very beginning of their dancing ‘career’. It’s a lovely, stress-free chance to put on a beautiful costume tutu and dance on a magical stage in front of family and friends. In term 3, our ballerinas will begin to learn a dance. This dance will be a combination of steps taught in term 3 and previous terms. Learning a routine is a wonderful way for ballerinas to have a goal to strive towards.
Daddy Daughter Dance
The Tiny Tutus Daddy Daughter Dance is such a unique and precious experience. Each year Daddies who have danced with us have loved the magic of sharing this special time with their daughters in a way they never have before.
